Ok to show that my hair is really not blonde, i've decided to write on a more intelligent topic - the Malaysian elections.
Being a malaysian who has recently come of age (21!!!) to vote, i was decidedly rather excited when Abdullah announced that there would be an election. Following all the articles on the malaysian election carefully, i was still wondering whether i should go into m'sia to exercise my new voting rights this coming saturday.
So imagine my dismay when i discovered i won't be able to do so because i haven't registered. I feel like i've been cheated of my rights.
But then again, it's not like there's any party that is worthy of my vote thus far. All the parties in m'sia are divided along racial lines, and for malaysia to continue ruling along such lines is to run towards self-destruction.
Some people say that malaysia will have a brighter future than s'pore (don't bash me up all u patriotic s'poreans) because of its bigger land mass. But i say, as long as they continue to brandish the keris and insist that it's a national symbol, the only bright thing in the future will be that jagged Malay dagger.

M'sia should practise meritocracy.
It's time NEP should be abolished. Take care of the poors irrespective of race & religion.
Don't trust BN. Go for Oposition!
heh whats wrong with using the keris as a national symbol??
Singapore has a mutant who cant makes up its mind whether its a lion or fish..

confused cat?
oh cos the keris is a Malay symbol, not a Malaysian one.
